Mark
R. Cuker, Co-Founder and Partner
Mark R. Cuker concentrates on mass tort, environmental, product
liability, and consumer cases including unfair business practices.
Born in Philadelphia to survivors of the Holocaust, he has devoted
his entire professional career to representing victims of corporate
or government wrongdoing.
Before co-founding the law firm of Williams & Cuker, which became
Williams Cuker & Berezofsky in 1996, he worked with the law
firms of Wapner & Newman, and R. David Bradley.
Both Mr. Cuker and the firm of Williams, Cuker & Berezofsky
have been rated "AV," the highest rating given by legal
publisher Martindale Hubbell.
Mr. Cuker is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey,
and before the U.S. Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the United
States Supreme Court. He is a member of the National Association
of Consumer Advocates, the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Associations
and Trial Lawyers for Public Justice.
He is a member of the board of directors of the Jewish Community
Relations Council and a member of the Board of Directors of TEACH
(Toxic Environments Affect Children's Health).
Mr. Cuker graduated magna cum laude from Temple University in 1972.
In 1975, he received a law degree from Villanova University, where
he served as editor of the law review.
Married and the father of two, he lives in Dresher, Pennsylvania.
