Wendy E. Carr has been practicing in the area of environmental law for twenty years. She has litigated suits under many environmental statutes, including the federal Clean Water Act, Clean Air Act, Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), the Pennsylvania Clean Streams Law, Pennsylvania Air Pollution Control Act, Hazardous Sites Cleanup Act, Pennsylvania Solid Waste Management Act, New Jersey Spill Compensation and Control Act and common law on a variety of environmental concerns. She is a former Senior Staff Attorney at the Mid-Atlantic Environmental Law Center and was acting Clinic Director at the Widener University School of Law Environmental Natural Resources . In addition to her role at the Clinic, Ms. Carr also taught "Regulation of Toxic and Hazardous Substances" at Widener. Ms. Carr is 1987 graduate of Temple University School of Law. She is licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and is admitted to practice before the New Jersey and Eastern District of Pennsylvania United States District Courts and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. |
