Internet Payday Lending

Payday lending over the internet is one of the worst scams that prey on people of modest means, charging them interest rates over 500% for a short term cash fix.  For years, the largest internet payday "lender" was County Bank of Rehoboth Delaware, which allowed companies such as "Easy Cash", Main Street Financial Services, Telecash, TC Services Corp., Cash Today and CRA Services Corp. to use its bank charter to evade state laws against interest rate gouging.
