Clergy Abuse Causes Continued Concern
In the past few months we have been reporting about the child abuse cases recently in the news and our experience prosecuting cases on behalf of survivors of child abuse for over 15 years. We are committed to vindicating the rights of survivors of child abuse and urge the passage of State laws which will allow those survivors to have a legal remedy. In particular, we urge the passage of Pennsylvania Senate Bill 832 and 878 and New Jersey S-2405/A-3622, which would lift the statute of limitations for sex abuse crimes and allow survivors to sue for compensation.
